Privacy Policy

SystemStew (“we”) runs systemstew.com (the “Site”) and handles your personal information as described below, in line with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable laws. Each of our apps has its own policy.

1. What we collect and why

We collect only what we need for the purposes below. There are no accounts.

  • Launch notifications: your email address — to tell you when an app launches
  • Inquiries by email: your email address and message — to reply to you
  • Collected automatically: IP address, browser and device information, time of access — server logs kept by our host for operating and securing the Site

2. Retention and deletion

  • Launch notification emails: deleted without delay after we send the launch notice for that app, or right away if you ask us to.
  • Inquiries: kept for one year after we reply, then deleted.
  • Access logs: deleted automatically by our host within 30 days.

3. Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except when required by law through due process.

4. Service providers and international transfer

We use the following providers to run the Site.

  • Supabase Inc. — stores launch notification emails (database). Location: Seoul, Republic of Korea (AWS ap-northeast-2)
  • Vercel Inc. — hosts the Site and handles requests. Access logs and the email address you submit may pass through or be logged on Vercel servers in the United States and elsewhere, over the network when you visit or sign up, for the periods in section 2. Contact: privacy@vercel.com

5. Cookies

The Site uses a single cookie, ‘NEXT_LOCALE’, to remember your language. We use no advertising or analytics cookies or trackers. You can block cookies in your browser; your language choice may then not be remembered.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop its processing, at any time by emailing us below. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 14.

7. Security

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Database access is kept to a minimum, and stored email addresses cannot be read from outside.
